Product Description

Cyanuric acid (CYA) is an important stabiliser in industrial water treatment chemicals. It is used in large-scale systems that are exposed to UV radiation. CYA makes chlorine last longer. It does this by creating a protective shield around the water, which can reduce chlorine levels by up to 80% when it is in direct sunlight. At the same time, it makes sure that any germs are kept under control. It is perfect for industrial cooling towers, process water loops, and wastewater recovery units. Our CYA makes chemicals more cost-effective without compromising safety or meeting regulations.

Industrial Applications

Cyanuric acid is an important part of industrial water treatment chemicals. These chemicals are used in power plants, petrochemical refineries, and textile manufacturing facilities. It helps to keep chlorine-based disinfectants in open-circuit cooling systems, meaning they don't need to be replaced as often and you don't have to stop the system. It also stops the build-up of slime in metalworking fluid reservoirs and helps to stop the corrosion of boilers. It is also very important for outdoor reservoirs where it is needed to keep the water clean and disinfected all year round.
